  1. I have some questions about DVD2SVCD...

First of all I wonder how the DVD menu will look like after it has been ripped. There is a possiblility to rip the menu, but for example you have two options; movie 1 and movie 2. DVD2SVCD rips the menu, but than? How will it work when the rip is so big that it goes over two cds? Will the 'menu' ask for cd 1 when you select movie 1 and will it ask for cd 2 when you select movie 2?

And I am having two problems too.
First is the menu, when opening DVD2SVCD I have selected the DVD-player and the program automatically selects an IFO file. But there are two! I have the feeling that the first (that has not automatically been chosen by the program) contains the menu. The second one contains the movie, so the program rips that movie. So did the program forgot the menu? Because it is not on the SVCD, it just starts with the movie.

Second is a very strange problem. I wanted a selectable subtitle. But now, while playing the SVCD, I can't get to the menu (my dvd-player menu) to select a subtitle (with other SVCD's it works...).
The movie doesn't play the subtitle all the time, but only from time to time. So it doesn't show as I want... I can't select the subtitle, it just appears from time to time, but NOT all the time...

    Please help me

  2. -there is no menu...only chapters, title and change cd pic

-just manually select the .ifo you think is it if you don't want it to auto-select the .ifo with the longest duration.

--have to ask yourself if your dvd standalone can even handle selectable subs and which ones cvd or svcd. Mine can't so it's either permanent or nothing.
