  1. In Virtual Dub, I am trying to Audio extract before encoding. The above window comes up and I let it do it's thing. The movie is an avi but it will not play in my DivX player keeps telling me failed to open. Is there some way of fixing this avi without re-downloading it . or what do I do after Virtual Dub reconstructs the missing index blocks.

  2. You can try to set 'Direct Stream Copy' on audio and the video and save a new .avi file. See if that works.
