    I have tried to capture using primere 6 and i get this message.

    AppName: premiere.exe AppVer: 6.0.0.0 ModName: rm-avi.prm
    ModVer: 6.0.0.0 Offset: 00005025


    i have a 800 amd atholon
    256 Ram
    Fire Wire Card
    Windows XP

    WHy could this be happening

    Try going to the plugins folder of Premiere and move this file rm-avi.prm
    to another folder outside of Premiere. Start Premier and see what happens
    this plugin may be corrupt or incorrect for that version for that version of Premiere
