Aspect ratio problem with Terapin

I convert DVD rips with TMPGEnc, burn them with nero, and watch them on my Terapin, but part of the picture is cut off every time. I know this may not be the right spot to post this, I just wasn't sure which one to post on. I just want to be able to see the WHOLE thing on my screen without it being cut off.
