If FlaskMpeg can take a VOB file (MPEG2), and encode it to ASF file (an older version of WMV), why there's no other software that can make the same?
and another question:
Why the new flask (6.0 preview) can convert only to "Windows media codec" versions 2/3, and not 7/8 (which are much better)?
