Convert "protected" mpg

Hi, i think i found an mpg that is protected, i allready burd it to vcd so im pretty sure it is a VCD.

My question is, can this "protected" mpg be converted to DIVX?

I do all you say on the VCD to DIVX convertion help, but when i hit save to avi the process just still there, no movement at all.

I cancel the whole proccess (no matter how much time i let it) and i allways get a 16 megs files.

Please help me on this..
