I have the same dillema. The movie is 117 minutes TOTAL after I took out all the extras and menus. The problem is the VOBS are still over 4.7 GB and won't fit on a DVD-R with DVD burner.

    Any help would be great!

  3. use the dvd ripping guides to fit a dvd that's bigger than 4500 mb to one dvd 4.7 gig disk.

  4. I use WinRAR to split all volumns to smaller files of 700MB each so I can 'back-up' to CD-Rs. CD-R is cheap and reliable also. Another way is to rip the DVD into chapters so the VOB file is small enough to fit (maybe more than 1 chapters) into a CD-R.
