  1. I'm trying to convert a DIVX file NTSC, to SVCD NTSC using TMGENC. I followed the guide on this web site, but about 1 minute into the encoding I'm getting an error message. The error message just contains a series of numbers. I know I must have some setting wrong, but I cannot figure out what. Please help!

    Thanks

  3. Check the divx file for bad frames using virtyaldun. If you dont know how look on this sites guides section or search the forum for details, its quite simple.

  4. tried that and no change. There error just pops up with a series of numbers on it...i click ok....it goes about 1-4 seconds and does it again. It would end up encoding the entire video, if i sat there an clicked ok about 4,000 times when the errors pop up.

any other ideas as to what this could be?
    Thanks

  5. most of the divx files i convert to SVCD in tmpgenc need to have the audio extracted to an uncompressed wav file at least to work in tmpgenc. some work some don't. you might want to try converting this either to a full avi uncompressed or just seperating the audio file to an uncompressed .WAV file using decompress.exe or virtualdub
