Is there any way to know the size of a file after it has been encoded by tmpgenc? Often times after i encode a movie its bigger or smaller that id like it to be and id have to encode it again. I know that there are bitrate calcs and others but im wondering if there is a feature in tmpgenc that will tell you the final file size. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Have you used the wizard? The last screen will give u a pretty good estimate of the file size if you use CBR.
