DVD To AVI Problem???

I cannot frame serve the movie Behind Enemy Lines. Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone tell me why I can't. I never had a problem before with any other move!

i have backed up this movie with no problems. Here is what I used in order. can you give me some more details on what programs you're using and what the errors/problems are?

CladDVDXP
DVD2AVI
Tmpgenc
VCDEasy
Nero

I used Clad first then tried opening it in DVD2AVI. It runs for 3 minutes and gives me a DV2 file but no audio file. Othermovies take at least 8minutes to run through the right way. Thanks for replying and please if you can help me further let me know. This movie is awesome!

It is working great thank you very much for you help! I have one more question though. How come I never had to change the settings before on any other movie?

honestly, don't know those are the settings i have had since day one and i have backed up 50-60 dvds with no problems. works for both dolby digital surround ac3 files and normal pcm dvds...
