i am trying to convert a divx file with a weird resolution to vcd so i can watch on my tv.
it is from a widescreen source and the divx file has the black bars cropped out so the movie comes out in a nonstandard resolution. when i try to encode with tmpgend using the 1:1 option in advanced tab, the sides are cut off and i am missing a lot of the picture. how do i encode properly to get the full picture? please help.
i do not know the resolution of the divx file but i can tell it is wide cause the black bard are cropped out..... how do i fugre out what the resolution is and encode it properly? thanks.
