  1. I'm not really a newbie, but the problem I have is probably pretty simple. I can load the d2v project file into TMPG, but when I click start, it says that "file Cxxxxxxx) cannot be made. Anyone know whats up with that?

  2. Odds are you don't have enough space on your hard drive for the temp file it has to make.

  3. No My TMPGEnc it worked alright until plast night. Now when i put in a video i get 0/) frames as if it isnt searhing the film. Ive tried reinstalling it and its still doing the same.
    When I Try to encode it gives me a waiting time but the file stays at 0k

    if anybody knows whts wrong please reply

    are you maybe doing a 2 pass VBR SVCD? if that's the case, then you won't get anywhere on the source until after you've gone 50% through--that will be after the first pass, which doesn't do any encoding, only analyzes the video for bitrate distribution.
    of course, I could be way off base, but since you didn't grace us with any information concerning what you're encoding, settings...
    what are you askin' me for...
