  1. Hi, anyone know of this software called LogoAway , used together with Virtualdub, so that can be used to "removed" subtitles from videos footages...

  2. Logoaway should be effective enough to remove static logos and that to small compared to the picture. Using it to remove subtitles may not yeild desirable results. The Logoaway filter does its best to blend and recreate the background, however remember that in fast moving scenes the area looks like a patch. You can put your own subtitles over this to minimize this effect.

  3. then does it remove the logo in one frame only?
    can i "cut" out a section of the video footage and edit the subtitles for that whole section??
    Or does it work only frame by frame?

  4. Logoaway is just like any other filter on VirtualDub. It applies to the whole clip loaded. I am not sure whether there is a option to select the frames to operate on. Its been a while since I have used it. I would suggest you download the filter and try it yourself. You may get the filter info at
