I loaded a cue file in nero and burnt it, but when I loaded it to my stand alone dvd player It wouldnt load like a normal vcd or svcd, I had to pick it out of a folder and then load it, and I couldnt fast foward either, other then that its fine. Is there a way I can edit the cue sheet or something to auto load it in my dvd play (ex: svcd 1.0) and just press play to start it, and is there a way I can make the fast foward ability work? This was my first time burning a cue sheet svcd.

Nero does not natively support bin and cue images. As you have seen, it will still burn them but the results aren't very consistent. You really should not burn bin and cue files in Nero, and for that matter you probably shouldn't burn svcds in Nero. It still seems to have some compatibility problems with svcds, at least from my experience.
You should burn that disk image with a program designed to burn bin and cues. Cdrao is a freeware program which works well. You can also download an evaluation copy of cdrwin. It will be fully functional but locked at 1x unless you purchase it. Its a great program and worth the money it costs though.
I would first try burning the image in another program and see if that solves your problem. If not then the image might have been authored incorrectly and you may need to re-author a new image yourself, though this should only be done as a last resort since you will lose any menu's or additional segments if they exist.
