Greetings,
I have read threw the All-in-1 guide(+links) and the 'best way to convert 320*240 low bitrate divx to vcd'(320*240 source to 352*288 output) docs. I have a question on aspect ratios going the oppisite way. Have a 352*288(PAL) source that I want to convert to 320*240(NTSC). I have tried and played with the suggested aspect ratio settings but have noticed that the MPEG output in this mode 'crops' the video output on my TV->(Philips DVD701).
Any suggestions from the 'gurus' regarding this scenario and possible fixes? Totally green at this stuff (2-weeks) and trying to play catch-up.

The source aspect ratio must be 1:1(VGA) presuming it already has correct aspect ratio. Video arrange method must be Full screen(keep aspect ratio) if you want to make sure you see all of the picture. And you may find NTSC(film) VCD template gives better results because the framerate difference is less.
