Well your first mistake is not giving any information regarding your problem. I don't even know if your making a vcd or a svcd, and that makes a big difference.

The most generic advice I can give you is to use bbmpeg for multiplexing. I am assuming that whatever you are making, you encoded it in TMPGenc. I only assume this because its the most popular encoder... For vcds its not so much an issue but with svcds TMPGenc really doesn't do a good job of multiplexing. It doesnt allign sequence headers nor add SVCD svcan offsets, which are both very important in maintain sync. Try demuxing your mpg in TMPGenc and the remultiplexing in bbmpeg and see if that solves your problem.

If not please give a little more info such as what your making, what software your using, the parameters of your source, and the parameters of your output file.

You still haven't given any information for anyone to work with. Its not enough to just say that you have a problem, you have to tell us WHAT your doing. Again, what software are you using, what are the parameters of your source and the settings you used to encode with? Have you tried multiplexing in bbmpeg like I suggested?
