  1. After I encode my capped .avi file to .mpg with tmpgenc, it gets kind of a "crispy" sound. AVI file's sound is OK but after I encode it to MPG it gets crispy. Could anyone please suggest anything?

  3. Just a stab in the dark, but do you capture at 44 kHz AVI and encode to 48 kHz MPG?
