Anyone know how to edit the fields that Windows Media Player displays when playing an MPEG?

I've got Win2K. I right-clicked the file and went to the Summary Tab. It says the file has "Read Only Attributes". The permissions are wide-open (FUll Control for "Everyone"). I'm logged in as local administrator.
Any ideas? Thanx in advance.
