Hey,
New question, I've read the article about using TMPGEnc to chop down a movie to fit on one disk. I was wondering can you do the opposite thing and improve movie quality and keep the disk size the same? For example, I burned the svcd spiderman, and it looked okay, I wanted a way to make it look better on my apex 600.
Thanks
BTW: I downloaded the svcd and burned it using Nero.

Well lets put it in terms that easier to understand:
You take a 4x6 photo and you wanna blow it up to 40x24 . What kind of quality will you get?
Or you xerox a copy off a xerox that was a copy of a xerox.
You can't improve something that is already bad to begin with.
