  1. My VCD’s don’t play well on my Computer and sometimes don’t play at all on DVD Player. I have created them by capturing Video, the converting it to MGP with TMPGEnc with the Video CD (NTSC) setting loaded. When I go to burn the VCD with Easy CD Creator 4.02 it tells me that the System Clock Speed us unacceptable but I can Burn the VCD anyway. Do I have a setting wrong in TMPGEnc or is that normal? Would this be causing my VCD’s not to play?

  3. Even if you have nero, you will still need Xing MPEG player cuz most vcds wont work well in windows media player. If you need the full version, email me.
