hi... i have got a couple of vcds, but they seem to skip, both audio and video when i play them, and they do it quite often.. and i know the release is fine cos they work on my puter and in other dvd players... i have an XMS 750

some dvd players have trouble with cds that are burnt at high speeds. try 4x to be safe and see if that fixes it....i know my apex player has no probles with 20 -> 24x but some older/other brand players don't have enough thinking power to deal with it, which sucks...
