macrovision disable, multi region any of below?

hi anyone recommend dvd player with macro disable and multi region? or any of these hitachi p315, jv xv s42, pioneer dv444, phillips dvdq40, samsung dvd105, alba. thanks

I haven't tried it yet, but I learned that there is a hack out there for the apex1100W (serial number must end in 05) for region codes and macrovision disabler. The price tag from Wal-Mart is $65-68.00.

if you decide on this one, BE SURE TO GET THE ONE WITH A SERIAL NUMBER ENDING IN 05. it is the 1mb version and not the 512 version.

As far as playability. It is not a snazzy as the other more expensive ones, however it plays VCD, SVCD, most XSVCD's, DVD's and does a neat job with my jpeg pictures(slide shows) It also plays raw mpeg files (don't kill the bit rate though.
