  1. I have read every guide on here and im not a newbie and I CANNOT get the audio to sync. My source framerate is 30.39, ok, So on tmpgenc I click "Do not convert framerate" thinking this is the problem no go.
I have extracted my audio with virtualdub...what else could it be??

  2. Encode your video with your normal SVCD settings. Check the length of the resulting mpeg. Open your (extracted) audio in a good wave editor (I use sonic soundforge but there are many others) and stretch/shrink it to match the length of the video. Convert to .mp2 audio format at 44.1khz sample rate and save. remux with your video (using Tmpgenc or bbmpeg) and it should be fixed.

Hope this helps, let me know how you get on.

  3. Try frameserving the movie from Virtualdub to TMPG. Use normal SVCD settings. Or save the audio als wav (in Vdub) and use the wav as audiosource and the frameserved video as videosource.

    Good luck, Jack
