I have a divx that I am trying to convert to mpeg so I can burn a vcd.
I am using TMPGenc to convert it, which works fine, until I get ready to burn it.
Nero tells me it's the wrong audio format. Same thing with EZ CD Creator.
The divx properties are as follows.......
Width: 352
Height: 274
Duration: 2:06:30
Bit rate: 159kpbs
Audio format: MPEG layer-3
Frame rate: 25fps
Data rate: 82kpbs
Video sample size: 24bit
Video compression: DIVXMPG4 V3
Do I need to do something with the audio track from the Divx first.....before I convert it?
Thanks in advance.........

Audio for VCD (and SVCD) has to be MPEG1-layer2 with a bitrate no higher than 224Kbps. Sampling rate should be 44.1 KHz.

352x274? that's a little odd too, both numbers should divide by 16 (352x240 or 352x480 are more common). What template did you use in TMPGenc to make the MPEG file?
