Extracting AC3 from Divx AVI

I have a divx 5 movie that i made a 2 disc rip, so i kept the original AC3 track and mixed that into to avi. I have deleted all the vobs and the ac3. Is there any way i can get that ac3 from the movie into either a mp3 or a wav? - The reason i am tryingto do this is because im converting it into a svcd and TMPGENC does not support ac3 as the audio stream... any ideas?

I would also like to add that putting the avi into virtual dub as trying to save the WAV does NOT work (for me )
