Ok Im converting mostly [TMD] divx files to burn on VCD for watching on my TV. I've got the process down well enough to watch the picture, but what settings can I play with to get the BEST possible video quality. I've been playing with noise reduction and that has helped alot, although encoding times have grown tremendously.
Just hoping someone has a nice template so i don't hve to conitue with trial and error.

The more you tweak stuff the longer it will take to encode....
I am messing with Kwang template now from tool section....but that is a non-standard VCD format and may not play in many stand alone players.
I'll let ya know if I find any sure fire ways to "fix" stuff up.
