    Is it possible to use the chapters in VCD format?
    SO you can navigate from one chapter to the next, I use DVDx 1.8 to encode and Nero to burn, is this possible?

    Yes it is possible but not with Nero. Try VCDEasy. Check under Author here to the left...tons of guides.
