I want to delete some frames when doing a DVD rip. Can you doing it directly in Tmpgenc? Can you cut out the part in source range or the Clear option in IVTC? Thanks,

With TMPGenc you could encode the whole video (with the frames you want deleted) then use Cut/Merge in the MPEG Tools. Select two copies of the file, end the first before the frames, start the second after the frames, then merge.
