I'm trying to encode "Cool Runnings" (and others) to VCD. I use DVDx v.1.8a with Windows XP on a 1.5 GHz, 256 MB ram machine. I can encode the full-length movie with no problems, but when I try to encode the features (previews, etc.), I get the following error:

MPEG2Dec: Error during decoder initialisation

I've tried to use the original DVD .ifo file and also the .ifo file that I've ripped to my hard drive, but both give me the same errors. Sometimes I've seen that these files contain no data, but like I said earlier, the preview and other "features" give me this error when I know that there is data in the file....

Can anyone give me some advice??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
