I am trying to convert some SVCD clips I have captured with power vcr 3.0 to vcd using TMPGEnc 2.54a and the svcd codec I have downbloaded from the tools section.
The origional svcds play fine in any stand alone dvd player software like power dvd of windvd or on the hollywood plus card but when I try to play back the resulting converted vcd(mpeg) files I get the video playing at twice the frame rate as the audio, therefore the video and audio are way out of whack.
Any Ideas on what I'm doing wrong. Or any other suggestions on other software/svcd codec to try?
All help appreciated
Greg
