I am using the kvcd template, and I had good results with it as is, but I am wondering if switching the motion detection from "normal" to "highest quality (very slow)" will make a difference in the quality.
It is adding so much time to the process, if it doesn't make a huge difference I would rather not do it.
The only reason I wonder is becasue I am doing an action movie and I don't know if it is more necessary for that.
