SmartRipper problem. Key searching problem

Well i am trying to rip Ultimate Jordan: Micheal Jordan disc 1 DVD and when i try to rip it constantly is in search for the dvd key. It took awhile but i got the first 5 vob files ripped but the last one vob 6 is not finding the key . So any help appreciated, i have the setting for key check every vob file.

Try another ripper, such as DVD Descryptor. I have given up Smart Ripper, after numerous lock-ups, skipping on "broken blocks", etc. DVD Descryptor 3.1 now can do ifo parsing, which is why I chose Smart Ripper.

I had a DVD ("Cannibal Corpse: Live Cannibalism") that was the only DVD in my collection that Smartripper did not like. It would lock up on "searching key" and just sit there until you hit cancel.

Like Poplar suggested, I tried DVD Decryptor and ripped it to my HD with no problems.
