  1. here's the scenerio....have a .cue and .bin file. tried to burn with nero but it is 3 minutes too long. my burner will not overburn. so i extract the svcd mpeg2 using mage. then i multiplex using tmpgenc/svcd settings, and the resulting svcd/mpeg2 file is smaller and i can then burn it. now i haven't had a chance to watch it, but i was wondering if what i did screwed the movie up or if it just magically got smaller. thought i'd ask to see if anyone has come across this or not.
    thanks for your time

  2. I know this is a silly question, but did you burn the bin/cue as an image or as datafiles to the disk.

  3. i just used nero to burn image (cue/bin). but then it wouldn't let me because it said i didn't have enough room on the disk. my burner doesn't overburn. that's when i extracted the mpeg2 and multiplexed. then reburned with svcd mode in nero.

  4. You will just have to watch the movie to see if it worked. Cut/multiplex type work can be hit or miss depending on source and player.
Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin'
