    I'm a complet novice so don't give me a hard time if it's real easy. I'm trying to watch a vcd with quicktime on my mac OS.10. I go to open movie in new player and then to the vcd and then to the mpegav folder BUT when ever I open the BLAHBLAH.DAT file I get an error saying can not open file BLAHBLAH.DAT due to input/output error. Can any one help????

    Send a message via AIM to tgpo
    If it's a vcd just open the .mov file on the disk. It'll play just fine.
