  1. Hi all
    Ive just d/l'd a movie diehard 3 but im unable to get any sound to play
    on my win med 7.1 this is whats writen in the properties of the movie
    (Windows Media Audio V2, 64 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo (for audio/vide)
    I was wondering if i converted it to vcd would i be able to get sound
    from it that way.

    Try extracting the audio using virtualdub as per the guides on these pages. You can then re encode to mpg using TMPGENC using the original AVI(?) and newly created WAV as input.
