  1. I used tmpgenc to encode to vcd format, and used Nero to burn the movie to a CD-R. Anyway, when i play it back in my computer, it runs smooth and ok.

The problem is when i play it back on the VCD Player, the picture becomes jerky and keeps on pausing and skipping every 3-5 seconds.

    What am I doing wrong?

  2. I use the same process with no problems. When you VCD player I assume you mean DVD player. Is this the first time you tried to playing VCD on your DVD? Also, what is the make of your DVD player?
