    I am looking to convert a short TV skit that was created as a ".WMV" file, into something that I can play on a DVD player. If you guys can either help or tell me which guide to follow for converting I would appreciate it.

    TMPGEnc or Nero will when you burn a vcd.

    Learn how to build graphs in Graphedt or check out http://www.digtv.ws/html/convert/convert-util.php
    Eventually you'll run into something you want to do that can only be done in graphedt so you may want to bite the bullet and learn it.
