    when i am off the computer and something is downloading from kazaa it downloads at about 0.01kb/sec!! this outrageously slow i downloaded "download accelerator plus 5.0" except it doesn't improve it and no message comes up saying do u want to use the accelerator download? also i live in australia so may have some limitations compared to u other guys but i really neew to improve my download speed can anyone please help me?

    its most likely because there are 28429484979743 trying to download the same movie from the same person and his upload speed is limited.
