    Hello I burned a divx movie using nero but when I try and open it it says its a AVSEQ01.DAT file and windows cannot open this item, any help is appreciated, cheers, Neesh

    Newer versions of Windows media player will play dat file just like its a regular mpg or avi or what ever......

    If you have a DVD rom drive , then your DVD software player sould play it.
