-Hey!-
I downloaded an MPEG that had already been converted to NTSC VCD Type 2.0 standards. (Well TSCV accepted it for those standards without problems.) The MPEG was a concert that I decided to split into tracks by song. I've done this before without problems, but this time the audio is out of sync with the video by about 1/2 a second on each track.
Does anyone know why the MPEG would be out of sync after I cut it? Also, any ideas on how to cut the MPEG without losing sync would be appreciated! Thanks people.
-Later!
Eric
