Can anyone tell me what the relationship is between the Quality setting (0 - 100) and the bitrate? How much larger will the file be if encoded at 1150 / 100 over 1150 / 65? And, what is the advantage of using A_VBR for Mpg1 as per Sefy's SxVCD template over CBR with a rate of say 1700 or so? Sefy's template seems to be maxed out at 1150 but with a quality setting of 100. Im confused. Won't just upping a VCD's bitrate 30 or 40% just do the trick? or do i need to mess with a_VBR with a max of 1150 and 75 or 100 Quality setting?????
