I just converted an AVI to an MPEG, and burnt as a VCD. The VCD plays fine, but the subtitles are cutoff (the audio is in Japanese, so I need the subs). I encoded the file as PAL, btw (I live in a PAL country).
Is there anything I can do to make the subs visible? They aren't cut off on the computer - only on TV. Would encoding it into NTSC and reburning help? I would just try, but I don't want to waste 5 hours encoding and a disc if it won't work![]()
Any help appreciated![]()
