I have have windows xp, 1.3 GB Athlon, 512 RAM, 80 GB Harddrive, ATI AIW Radeon Card, Latest Drivers and MMC from their site. When I play a DVD I get evenly spaced small blue dots all over the screen. I get the same thing if I capture in mp2 format and play back. AVI format works fine. ATI's format plays back choppy with sound slightly out of sinc.
Has anyone else had this problem or can someone help me spot the bottleneck in my system? I feel that my specs are good enough that I should be able to record and play at much better quality.
Thanks Thanks
