I have A bunch of MPEG1 files around 6 hours worth (not many videos this week), normally I just encode a full video and thats all that needs to be done. But I have a client that wants video in a PowerPoint presentation. And I need to make around 70 short clips out of those 6 hours.
I personally don't like messing with software based cutters, to much time involoved. I used to work for a place that we used a dazzle card that was extremely simple and fast to cut the "clips" out of the video. Anyone know which dazzle card will do this? I do not need encoding.. STRESS I do not need encoding, just cutting.
Any ideas?
