The Matrix Reloaded trailer to VCD? How do I do it?

I downloaded the Matrix Reloaded trailer a few days ago. It is in .mov format. What I want to know, is how to burn it to a VCD as easily as possible. If anyone can list any steps they know of how to burn the .mov file to VCD, please let me know. Im really anxious to watch the movie on my TV for a nice big picture.

the easiest way (not the best way but the easiest) is to open nero, choose videocd(vcd), drag you file into the bottom left window let nero reencode it, burn. a better way would be to get the quicktime patch for tmpegenc(i think it's in the tools section) install it, connvert to vcd with the standardvcd template. then import to nero and burn.
