what is odd field and EVen field or double field????
cause i have a 352x480 file?? which field should i use for deinterlace?

Interlaced video has both odd and even fields which blend together to make your picture. You CAN encode interlaced if you want rather than losing half of your picture, but if this is an AVI file you are wanting to deinterlace before or as you encode to SVCD with TMPGenc, you will get MUCH better quality using the inverse 3:2 pulldown option from the encode menu in TMPGenc than by deinterlacing.
