    sup folks...

    i downloaded a movie and it looks great well just okay...on my computer...
    but when i covert the Avi to mpeg its still the same resolution or shall we say Pixels...how can i change that with TMPEGnc....cause on my tv i see little boxes on my picture..once and while..but how can i make it a little better.....or it would be great if i can make even better quality...help me guys.....
