    sup folks....

    im new to this...but i've learned the basics...so here's my problem...for instance i have this movie and it looks great on my computer well some pixels here and there....its about 480x260....(is that the pixels of the movie) anyways...my question is how can i make the picture better when i change it to a mpeg so on the tv i wont see those little boxes....(pixels)
    i suppose....someone please help me....

    in other words how can i make the picture better....im using TMPGENc and virtualdub....
