I'm a satisfied SpruceUp user but now that support, etc. has been discontinued what other products are out there now that would be a suitable replacement?

Is anything on the market now worth using? I really liked SpruceUp; it was very easy to use and I got quick results out of it. But I would like to find a replacement for it if they ever discontinue making their registration server available.
