I'd like to know what programs allow creation of "animated" menus when creating SVCD, just like Easy CD Creator when the background of your VCD menus can be animated (MPG files) and not just static (BMP or JPG) files.

search for post by me with "Animated menu" in it and learn for my hard toils...Use Adobe affectereffects and Premiere with frameserver to whatever encoder u prefer. should yield better results I'm gonna start on my next menu for the next disc and that's the method I'm gonna explore.
